Sales Development Representative - Automotive

About the role

A fast-growing premium automotive services company in Dallas, specialising in advanced protection and styling services such as ceramic coatings, paint protection film and precision detailing, is hiring a Junior SDR. You will be the face of the brand, helping car owners transform their vehicles. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance and styling services.
• Engage with customers across multiple channels, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries.
• Run discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals.
• Maintain the CRM pipeline so no lead falls through the cracks.
• Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to reach clients when they are most available.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts and automotive maintenance.
• Native-level English with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work in CST hours, with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends.
• Coachable, with a desire to master sales and a proactive "hunter" mentality focused on performance targets.

Required skills

• Nice to have: previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Nice to have: experience in objection handling and closing deals.
• Nice to have: prior automotive sales or specialised shop service experience.
• Nice to have: background in CRM administration and sales workflow optimisation.
