Sales Development Executive – Business (Healthcare RCM)

About the role

The Business Sales Development Executive will support the company’s growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will combine inbound lead follow‑up with proactive outbound outreach to expand the client base and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs, qualify prospects, and hand them off to senior sales executives for closure.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest.
• Build relationships with prospects via calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
• Utilise virtual tools to connect with new customers and deliver effective online demos.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales development experience, preferably in healthcare RCM or a healthcare clearinghouse.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
