Sales Desk Intern, Annuity Distribution

About the role

MassMutual is seeking a Sales Desk Intern to support its Annuity Distribution team. The internship offers real‑world sales experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and the chance to contribute to projects that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in solving real business problems and participate in high‑profile projects within Third‑Party Distribution and New Markets.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives that enhance service to both external and internal customers.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior leaders through networking and group meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and enrollment in a four‑year bachelor’s (or 4+1 master’s) program with expected graduation in 2028‑2030.
• Pursuing a major in Business, Economics, Communications, or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience through student clubs, community involvement, or paid work.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
