Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time supervisor to help create a high‑energy store experience in the Seaport District. You will support the store manager, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, model service behaviors, and coach sales training.
• Resolve consumer concerns, partner with the store manager on escalated issues.
• Train new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales goals.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative role model who embraces inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to perform cash handling and merchandise operations accurately.
