Sales Consultant – East Texas Territory

About the role

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to manage and grow its retail footprint across East Texas, covering Tyler, Greenville, and Terrell. You will be the primary point of contact for stores, driving sales, merchandising, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent customer contact and execute sales initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Deliver effective product presentations, achieve sales targets, and develop new accounts.
• Utilize POS systems to enhance selling efforts and ensure accurate merchandising placement.
• Perform inventory checks, rotate products, and communicate order details to minimize errors.
• Handle all paperwork, adhere to company policies, and manage accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred; no relocation package offered.
