Sales Closer – In‑Home Remodeling Sales

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a full‑time, W‑2 Outside Sales Representative to meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend remodeling solutions, and close high‑ticket sales. The role combines customer interaction, product expertise, and commission‑driven earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
