Sales Associate – Specialty Food Distribution

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the face of The Chefs' Warehouse in an assigned territory, building trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators. You will help customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus, improve operations, and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, win new business and increase sales.
• Provide product expertise and consultative support to chefs and foodservice operators.
• Manage territory autonomously while collaborating with internal sales, culinary, protein, and produce experts.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, culinary, or other customer‑facing environments.
• Relationship‑focused, positive, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
