Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across an assigned district, driving growth and profitability while upholding the company’s values and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy to meet company sales goals and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of Sales Associates, setting action plans for lead generation and market penetration.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, prepare competitive pricing proposals, and control expenses within budget.
• Recruit and hire Sales Associates in alignment with senior management criteria.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales experience with a strong track record in relationship management.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate sales teams.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and work collaboratively with professionals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
