About the role

Join Levi's Outlet in Blackwood, NJ as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the iconic Levi's brand. You will work on the sales floor, assisting shoppers, maintaining visual standards, and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling procedures.
• Support stock associates with replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain store appearance according to visual standards.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
