About the role
Join Reiss as a Sales Associate in the new Macy's concession at South Coast Plaza, providing premium, tailored customer service in a luxury retail environment on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
- Maintain visual standards and provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused, and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
