Sales Associate – Levi’s Outlet Store

About the role

Levi’s is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join the team at its Birch Run outlet store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect denim and apparel while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate Levi’s heritage and product features.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and visual merchandising.
• Handle cash transactions in line with Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support store safety, loss‑prevention, and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Organised, methodical, and adaptable personality.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with iOS devices.
• Understanding of RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
