About the role

BODY20 is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to promote its technology‑assisted fitness program. You will be the front‑line ambassador, guiding prospective members through the unique workout experience and driving studio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership, retail, and traffic sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients and respond promptly to member inquiries.
• Greet members and guests warmly, creating a positive studio atmosphere.
• Complete daily studio checklists before, during, and after shifts.
• Collaborate with instructors to introduce new members to their first BODY20 session.
• Handle member concerns professionally and work toward resolution.
• Participate in marketing, outreach events, and studio cleaning duties.
• Attend all required BODY20 training programs.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to take 1‑2 BODY20 sessions per week to accurately describe the workout.
