Sales and Service Banker – West Caldwell

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and goals. You will deliver tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while providing exceptional service and protecting the bank from risk and fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in‑branch and through digital channels, processing teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance goals.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances, handle cash, and support custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense.
