Sales Analyst - Central Region

About the role

The Sales Analyst supports the Central Region sales division by creating reports, interpreting data, and delivering actionable insights that drive business planning, performance evaluation, and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel to generate standardized and ad‑hoc reports.
• Analyze sales metrics, market trends, GAP and competitor data to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, “Top to Top” decks, and other business review materials.
• Collaborate with leaders on business plans, track initiatives, and develop performance metrics.
• Partner with revenue management and demand planning teams on pricing models and inventory optimization.
• Produce sales materials, manage goal‑setting processes, and administer sales incentive plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics or business planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment.
