Sales Account Executive

About the role

R&L Carriers is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive for its San Jose, CA Service Center. You will promote our industry‑leading transportation services and help grow market share across key lanes and accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on all transportation services offered by R&L Carriers.
• Gain targeted market share in key lanes and target key accounts in selected industries.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and territory dynamics.
• Promote corporate image and culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience (preferred).
• PC literate and knowledgeable about the local market.
• Operations knowledge in an LTL environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Sales and account management.
• Understanding of LTL freight services.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday.
