Rotational Development Program – Finance – Electrified Motion

About the role

Join Bosch’s Rotational Development Program in Electrified Motion, a 24‑month, full‑time graduate program designed to accelerate your finance career. You will rotate through four different finance functions, gaining hands‑on experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and cost management while being mentored by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities, including variance analysis of actual versus planned results.
• Assist with monthly financial closings and prepare standard financial reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasting, updating models and validating assumptions.
• Help prepare cost targets for the annual business plan and review financial inputs in SAP.
• Support investment and business case analysis, performing basic discounted cash‑flow and ROI calculations.
• Maintain product costing data, track cost‑reduction initiatives, and estimate their financial impact.
• Monitor key performance indicators and participate in benchmarking and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduate).
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in finance and cost management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations and finance teams.
