Rotational Finance Development Program – Electrified Motion

About the role

Bosch offers a 24‑month Rotational Development Program in Finance for recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates. The program includes four tailored rotations within the Electrified Motion business, providing hands‑on experience across financial planning, analysis, and controlling while building leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities.
• Assist with monthly financial closings and variance analysis.
• Help with quarterly and annual forecasting, updating models and validating assumptions.
• Prepare cost targets for the annual business plan and review financial inputs in SAP.
• Compile standard financial reports and dashboards for plant and divisional reporting.
• Assist in preparing presentations for management reviews.
• Support investment and business case analysis, including basic discounted cash‑flow and ROI calculations.
• Maintain product costing data, including part‑number setup and cost updates.
• Track cost‑reduction initiatives and estimate their financial impact.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze performance versus targets.
• Participate in benchmarking and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures through accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to provide financial transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience or relevant internship/co‑op experience in finance, controlling, data analysis, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Geographical flexibility to relocate multiple times during the program, domestically or internationally.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
