Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel in Aspen

About the role

The Little Nell, Aspen’s premier five‑star resort, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. In this role you will ensure guest rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable and ready for the high standards expected by our luxury clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms following hotel procedures, including vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom sanitation.
• Change linens, towels and make beds to the property’s exacting standards.
• Restock all linens, amenities and supplies according to the guest‑room legend.
• Perform laundry duties for room items and ensure proper handling of guest laundry.
• Report room status and any maintenance issues to the Director of Housekeeping.
• Communicate courteously with guests, address concerns, and assist with problem resolution.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed housekeeping procedures and maintain consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
