About the role
Join the housekeeping team at Mauna Lani, a luxury resort on Hawaii's Kohala Coast. As a Room Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet the resort’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and hotel facilities according to established standards.
- Restock room supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Interact courteously with guests when needed, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a fast‑paced workflow while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
- Fair command of the English language.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, though not required.
