RN Weekender Flex – Bone Marrow Transplant

About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center on the G110 Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, providing care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplants for various cancers. This RN position is part of the Weekender Flex Program, offering a 36‑hour work week paid for 44 hours with full‑time benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions; update plans of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs; educate patients and families.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders and document accurately.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• One year of acute care RN experience or military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ONS Chemo/Bio course completed within two years of hire.

Required skills
