RN – Telemetry Unit (Night Shift)

About the role

The RN position on the 7th floor Med/Surg and Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital provides direct patient care during night shifts. The unit specializes in advanced telemetry, caring for adult to geriatric patients with a variety of medical‑surgical diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and record patient conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing protocols and follow physician and nursing orders.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge needs, and ensure safety through fall‑risk and visual monitoring.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current state RN license.
