About the role

Join the 9th Floor Surgical Unit at South Pointe Hospital, a Magnet‑recognized facility, to provide high‑quality care to adult surgical patients. The RN will work on a 16‑bed unit with a family‑focused atmosphere, supporting patients from admission through discharge.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge needs.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
Current state RN licensure.
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross.
At least one year of acute care RN experience or military RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
