RN Ambulatory – Infusion

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital as an RN in the Cancer Center Ambulatory Operations. Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments, including IV/infusion and chemotherapy.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures, notifying physicians of abnormal findings.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification required for moderate sedation or cardiac stress testing within six months of hire.
• One year of recent RN experience or equivalent clinical experience in a Cleveland Clinic ambulatory setting.
• Cancer‑specific certification or ongoing qualifying education if working in oncology or administering chemotherapy.
