RN – Stoke Med/Surg Telemetry Unit

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System’s South Pointe Hospital as a Registered Nurse on the fast‑paced Med/Surg Telemetry Unit. You will care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including respiratory and cardiac issues, and collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the 6th‑floor Med/Surg unit.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs and educate patients and families.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).
