About the role

Provide in‑home private‑duty nursing care for medically complex children aged 0‑20, ensuring safe and compassionate support in a family‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

Administer medications and follow physician orders accurately.
Monitor health, safety, and potential abuse/neglect, reporting as required.
Maintain documentation and electronic charting after each shift.
Supply and manage medical equipment and answer parents' health‑related questions.

Required profile

Current, unrestricted Texas RN license (or LVN/LPN as applicable).
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
Strong attendance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

Proficiency with electronic charting system KanTime.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
