About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System’s South Pointe Hospital as a Registered Nurse on the 7th Floor Med/Surg and Observation Unit, providing comprehensive care to adult patients with diverse diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care from admission to discharge.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach and establish patient care priorities.
• Respond to clinical data indicating patient risk and take corrective actions.
• Seek supervision or assistance when unable to perform tasks safely and independently.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities in medical records.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse licensure.
