RN House Supervisor – Part‑Time – Alternating Shifts – St. Anne Campus

About the role

The RN House Supervisor provides administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient patient care delivery on the St. Anne Campus. This part‑time position works alternating shifts and serves as a resource for nursing staff, helping maintain high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Round frequently throughout the shift to identify issues requiring administrative action and communicate them to the appropriate level.
• Supervise and lead staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Assist in monitoring quality of care and efficient use of resources.
• Provide patient care based on physical, psycho‑social, educational, and safety criteria appropriate to the patient population.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum three years of acute‑care nursing experience; critical‑care or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and CCRN preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Ability to use Windows‑style applications and keyboard efficiently.
• Knowledge of nursing processes and patient‑care documentation.
