RN Float Pool – Flexible Shifts at Florida Weston Hospital

About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital team as a Float Pool Registered Nurse. You will provide patient‑centered care across multiple units and locations, gaining experience with diverse patient populations while supporting fellow caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and implement, monitor, and update patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and follow physician and nursing orders.
• Document patient conditions, assess discharge needs, and educate patients and families.
• Provide coverage for days, evenings, nights, and weekends on a PRN basis, with potential on‑call duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and current state RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS required for critical‑care assignments.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
• Physical ability to lift patients, stand for extended periods, and work under stressful, irregular hours.
