About the role
Join Cleveland Clinic's new Neurological Institute as a Registered Nurse in the Level IV M60 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with seizure disorders in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and follow physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs and educate patients and families.
Required profile
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least one year of current or recent acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
