Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high‑quality patient care and assess learning needs.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate data and promote change to achieve optimal outcomes and uphold unit strategic goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications required within 90 days of hire.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
