About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our adult home‑health team in Winter Park, FL. You will provide direct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high‑quality, compassionate care for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Visit adult clients in Winter Park and surrounding areas to conduct assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.
- Supervise and mentor field nursing staff.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and ongoing training for nurses.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/Vent experience preferred.
- Pediatric experience required.
