Home Health Aide – One on One Home Care

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and provide one‑on‑one care to adults in their homes. You will support clients with daily activities, promote independence, and receive training and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and support nutrition needs.
• Guide range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and companionship.

Required profile

• HHA Certificate of 75 hours or CNA license.
• Current CPR certification from an in‑person class.
• Level 2 background check through AHCA.
• At least one year of work experience in any field.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
