RN Clinical Manager – Leadership Role

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead its clinical team in Newton, MA. The Clinical Manager will combine direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, overseeing home‑based geriatric services and supporting field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and visit geriatric clients in Newton and surrounding areas.
• Develop, manage, and coordinate client care plans while communicating with families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Home Health Aides and field staff to ensure high‑quality care.
• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training for new aides and certified nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with office leadership on staffing, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active RN license and minimum two years of RN experience.
• Experience in home care, hospice, private duty, case management, or community health preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory or nurse‑manager experience is a plus.
• Strong assessment, care‑planning, and clinical decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
