Part-Time Home Care Nurse Manager (Adults)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part‑Time Clinical Nurse Manager to lead its adult home‑care team in Newton, MA and surrounding towns. The role blends direct client assessments with supervision of field staff, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care in patients' homes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit geriatric and adult clients to conduct comprehensive home assessments.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans while coordinating communication among clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff, including orientation and ongoing training.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Participate in training sessions and in‑services to maintain exceptional care standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
• Home‑care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager is a plus.
