Divisional Client Services Manager

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Divisional Client Services Manager to lead and support multiple Assistive Care offices across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This full‑time position provides operational leadership, training, and hands‑on support to ensure high‑quality home care services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead Client Services Managers and office teams across a multi‑office territory.
• Provide superior customer service and manage caseloads as needed.
• Partner with Directors and Division Leadership to set priorities and achieve office objectives.
• Deliver training, coaching, and development for operational staff.
• Share best practices and act as a subject‑matter expert for operational processes and technology platforms.
• Assist with recruiting, caregiver retention, and growth strategies to increase census and referrals.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to support office performance.
• Travel regularly throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island to provide hands‑on leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of successful caseload growth experience; three or more years preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfort with technology‑based systems and platforms.
