RN Clinical Manager – Home Health

About the role

Lead clinical care for the Oahu Visits office, mentoring field staff and ensuring every client receives high‑quality, compassionate home health services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support field staff in delivering high‑quality client care.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate, coordinating care plans and assignments.
• Oversee service quality, including clinical documentation review and performance metrics.
• Match clinicians to clients and maintain individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight through hiring, competency validation, performance reviews, and education.
• Partner with office leadership and the Clinical Practice Office to launch programs and strengthen training.
• Represent BAYADA in the community, including outreach to physicians and facilities.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing (BSN or master’s preferred).
• At least 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of achieving goals.
