RN Clinical Manager - Habilitation

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its new Habilitation office in Fayetteville, NC. The RN Clinical Manager will oversee client care, supervise habilitation technicians, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
• Develop and oversee execution of individualized care plans.
• Supervise habilitation technicians in the field and conduct competency assessments.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and other teams to implement and evaluate support plans.
• Make regular client visits to assess progress and ensure services align with the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.
• Maintain communication with case managers and care coordinators.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the IDD population.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
