Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part‑time or per‑diem weekend position in the Fayetteville Visits office. The RN will provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and follow designated care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and other procedures.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document doctors' orders.
• Complete client assessments, case management, and coordination.
• Accurately record observations and interventions using a tablet‑based EMR system.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and tablet documentation.
• Experience with OASIS documentation for home health.
• Solid computer skills.
