About the role
BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑on‑one home care for pediatric and adult clients throughout the Fayetteville region. The role offers flexible day or overnight shifts, full‑time or part‑time options.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home and deliver personalized nursing care.
- Execute and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current NC LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum one year of LPN experience.
Required skills
- Ability to perform nursing assessments and document care.
- Knowledge of private duty nursing protocols and client‑centered care.
