RN Clinical Associate – Skilled Nursing Office

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Associate to support field nurses and clients from its Skilled Nursing office in Fayetteville, NC. This full‑time, office‑based position coordinates high‑quality clinical care and embodies The BAYADA Way of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Support field staff onboarding, orientation, and competency reviews.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with quality initiatives, incident follow‑up, and performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate timely scheduling and care planning in collaboration with the office team.
• Partner with Clinical Manager and Director to address client condition changes.
• Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field staff.
• Collaborate with recruiting, client services, and leadership to match nurses to clients.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in North Carolina.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience (home care, med‑surg, critical care, or similar preferred).
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for occasional supervisory visits.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
