About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care management team, providing non‑clinical support and coordination for older adults and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Senior housing and relocation assistance
- Supportive consulting and family relationship management
- Healthcare crisis management and coordination of healthcare services
- Home safety evaluations and life‑care management
- Account management for clients receiving home care and overseeing nurse‑aides
Required profile
- Registered Nurse licensed in Virginia
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Dedicated to providing high‑quality client care
- Interest in a non‑clinical work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem‑solver with a compassionate approach
Required skills
- Virginia RN licensure
