About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Stepdown unit at Indian River Hospital. This night‑shift position provides direct nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in a telemetry environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and follow physician orders.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and update care plans.
Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge needs.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and one year of acute‑care experience or equivalent military RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
NIH Stroke Scale certification (preferred).
