About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System team at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida, as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Invasive Laboratory. You will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.

Key responsibilities

Assess, prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring during procedures.
Document and implement plans of care, and communicate patient status to physicians before, during and after procedures.
Assist with or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
At least two years of recent critical‑care nursing experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Required skills

Conscious sedation administration.
Hemodynamic monitoring.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
