About the role

The RN Ambulatory Team Lead will coordinate daily operations, workflows, and delivery of care within the Women’s Health‑Obstetrics & Gynecology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. This position blends direct patient support with clerical and administrative duties, offering a chance to grow both nursing and management expertise.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to a specific ambulatory patient population.
Oversee clinical activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues and workflow challenges.
Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
Participate in quality improvement, process improvement, and research initiatives.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum two years of recent RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Required skills
