RN Ambulatory – Cardiology – Heart Failure Clinic

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to join the ambulatory Cardiology – Heart Failure Clinic at Medina Hospital. This part‑time position works primarily mornings, providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency measures such as CPR.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operate related equipment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and document all care activities.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of recent RN experience, or equivalent clinical experience for internal transfers.
• Physical ability to perform full range of motion, lift light loads, and use personal protective equipment.

Required skills
