RevOps Analyst

About the role

Roboflow is looking for a RevOps Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support and extend its go‑to‑market systems. Reporting to the Business Infrastructure Lead, you will work closely with sales, operations and engineering teams to turn strategy into functional Salesforce and GTM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows and custom objects.
• Implement GTM automation, data models and custom forecasting logic across Salesforce, Outreach and enrichment platforms.
• Design, maintain and empower users with reports and dashboards that surface pipeline health and rep activity.
• Manage day‑to‑day data hygiene, deduplication and bulk uploads for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Develop AI‑ and LLM‑powered GTM workflows such as deal scoring and risk detection.

Required profile

• 5+ years building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity.
• 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps or GTM teams with a strong understanding of product catalogs, forecasting, territories and compensation planning.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based workflow integration.

Required skills

• Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Metadata API.
• Automation tools (Flows, custom objects) and source‑control for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience with GTM ecosystem tools (Outreach, enrichment platforms, quoting, CLM, e‑signature).
• Practical knowledge of AI/LLM integration in business processes.

What we offer

• Target compensation $140,000‑$170,000 per year.
• $4,000 annual travel stipend, $350 monthly productivity stipend, $350 AI stipend, $500 home‑office stipend.
