Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Rain, the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Operations. This strategic individual contributor role focuses on aligning processes, optimizing systems, and driving data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and refine end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) processes to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and ensure cross‑team alignment for smoother execution.
• Own the architecture and optimization of GTM/revenue systems, including HubSpot, and manage integrations with other business tools.
• Drive user adoption through documentation, training, and best‑practice enablement.
• Partner with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and improve revenue‑funnel efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a fast‑paced SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to turn complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, customization, and workflow automation.
• Experience managing integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.
• Technical mindset for evaluating and implementing new tools, including AI and BI platforms.
