Retirement Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Retirement Benefits Analyst supports the design, development, and administration of retirement benefit programs for Lehigh Valley Health Network. This position ensures accurate maintenance of the retirement benefits module in the HR HCM system and contributes to colleague satisfaction through effective benefit delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the retirement benefits module in the HR HCM system.
• Analyze retirement plan benefits across all network entities.
• Collect and develop Knowledge Base material and recommend documentation changes.
• Create quarterly eligibility and contribution files and resolve benefit-related issues.
• Gather data from surveys, recommend plan improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on colleague satisfaction.
• Ability to lift 25 lb and perform frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
