Retail Supervisor

About the role

SKIMS, a brand creating underwear, loungewear and shapewear, is hiring a full-time Supervisor in Glendale. The Supervisor drives daily results on the sales floor, leads the team, coaches Team Members and helps deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized service on the floor and model it for the team; act as Sales Floor Captain when assigned, driving performance through zone management, coaching and team motivation
• Run opening/closing procedures, cash management accuracy and store cleanliness
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge and styling support
• Give feedback, encourage learning agility and help train and onboard new Team Members
• Reinforce standards, brand values and store policies
• Maintain product knowledge and support product launches, restocks and floor updates
• Track sales performance, set goals with the team and celebrate wins
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards and product availability with Store and Assistant Leaders
• Resolve customer issues proactively and support daily action plans, zone assignments and shift recaps

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably fashion or a related industry
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its mission of innovation and inclusivity
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability: evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed; must be able to stand and move around the store for the full shift, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work as an open availability schedule; does not want to be an influencer
