Bilingual Armenian Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Armenian-speaking Retail Sales Consultant in Glendale, California. The role sits on the Retail team, where associates guide customers through the company's products and services using a consultative approach, building personal connections and meeting sales targets. The position is based at 207 N Brand Blvd in Glendale.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right solution with a consultative sales approach, using the full range of AT&T products and services.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Armenian and English.
• Dedication to an excellent customer experience, problem-solving ability and a helpful attitude.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided for those without experience.

What we offer

• Pay of $57,016 to $75,000 per year, including hourly pay and uncapped commission; individual starting salary depends on geography, experience and education.
• $4,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires, paid in two installments after 90 days and 12 months of employment, subject to repayment terms if employment ends early.
